What this covers

Who processes your data

We use a small number of third-party processors to run the site. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

  • Website hosting: Railway.
  • Call bookings: Calendly, which handles scheduling when you book a call.
  • Email: when you write to us, your message is handled by our business email provider.

International transfers

Some providers, such as Calendly, may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or a UK adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and email enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable business record, then delete or anonymise it.
