Programme
Managed Market Access Programme
A managed defence business-development function that builds and runs your pipeline into primes, tier-ones and buyers.
Pricing From £7,500 / month (£7,500 to £12,000). Sprint entry from £4,500 / month.
The Managed Market Access Programme is our core engagement: a managed defence business-development function that runs alongside your team. We map the route, build the pipeline and hold a disciplined weekly cadence so momentum is visible and accountable.
For smaller suppliers testing defence access, the two-month Market Access Sprint is a lighter entry into the same method, focused on building the account list, running first outreach and proving the channel before you scale.
Who it is for
- Credible technical SMEs ready to commit to a structured defence push.
- Suppliers with proof assets and references who need a repeatable pipeline, not one-off introductions.
- Teams that want a defence business-development function without hiring one outright.
What is included

What you get each week
-
A weekly pipeline review
A board-style report showing every target by stage, what moved, what is next and where you should focus.

Live opportunity flagging
Relevant opportunities surfaced as they appear, with a clear view on whether they are worth pursuing.
-
Briefed conversations
Prepared meetings and introductions, with the context your team needs to lead them well.
How it fits the wider programme
The Programme sits at the centre of the ladder. It is usually preceded by a Route-to-Market Audit and can step up into Capture & Partner Development Support when a specific opportunity needs concentrated effort.
Opportunity Intelligence and Prime & Partner Mapping are delivered inside the Programme, and are also available as focused standalone engagements.

Questions
Managed Market Access Programme FAQs
How is this different from lead generation or an SDR service?
This is a defence business-development function, not an activity log. We map accounts, run compliant outreach, track real opportunities and report a board-style pipeline weekly. The measure is qualified commercial conversations and pipeline movement, not call volume.
What is the minimum commitment?
The Programme runs on a three-month minimum so the pipeline has time to build and show movement. If you want to test the channel first, the two-month Market Access Sprint is a lighter entry into the same method.
Do you write bids?
We support qualification, stakeholder mapping and proposal positioning, and we coordinate a specialist defence bid and procurement partner where formal bid-writing is required. We are honest about that boundary rather than overclaiming.
Will you guarantee a number of meetings?
No. We commit to disciplined, well-targeted execution and transparent weekly reporting. We do not guarantee meeting or contract numbers, because credible defence relationships are built on fit and timing, not quotas.
